We are looking for a facility coordinator for an American real estate company. They offer studios and apartments for (international) students and young professionals. Your role is to maintain the process of delivering services on campus. Are you someone who:

Your responsibilities as a Facility Coordinator are:

• Execute different administrative tasks;
• Ensures the property looks representative;
• Coordinating the technical team;
• Making sure that the move in and move out process for tenants runs smoothly;
• Inspect tenants studios and apartments;
• Providing customer service and solve any issues.

To be able to execute all responsibilities we are looking for someone with the following skills:

• Completed HBO Education (Facility Management);
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
• Minimal of 2 years experience within a property management position;
• Management skills to lead and manage a team, including maintenance specialist;
• Organisational and customer service skills within a high service level environment;
• A teamplayer and flexible attitude in a changing environment.

The salary offered for this position can go up to €3000 gross per month, based on a 40 hour work week.
